Condominiums are a growing style of homeownership, with communal responsibilities for property care and upkeep. Having trees planted on the shared property travels through the board of directors and needs to be supported by all residents. We have a growing number of Captains who fall into this group. One such example is Captain Ellen Singleton who has done an awesome job plowing the way for tree planting in her

complex. In addition she has created the partnerships with the city that will mean more trees will go in on a grassed piece of public land adjacent to her complex.
