One of ReForest London’s most important goals as an organization is education. Education is the cornerstone to social, political, economical and environmental progression, and we can all become better environmental stewards through it. In particular, ReForest London has an intentional and concentrated focus on educating youth on environmental issues, solutions and stewardship.
ReForest London is pleased to provide our collection of tree-related lesson plans for teachers. These lesson plans were designed by students completing their Bachelor of Education programs at Western University. They were further edited and enhanced by experienced school teachers.
We hope that they are useful to you as you strive to introduce trees into classroom and outdoor settings. We welcome any feedback on how to improve our educational resources to make them more useful to educators and children.
