ReForest London Honoured by Mayor

ReForest London was honoured as the Mayor's Featured Organization at the May 9 City Council Meeting. Mayor Joe Fontana introduced the organization and its accomplishments to the council and audience, and thanked them for their work in the City of London.

ReForest London’s roots were established in London in 2005, and since that time, the organization has planted more than 20,000 native trees and shrubs in schoolyards, neighbourhoods, public parks, and natural areas. ReForest London has completed over 140 projects. Nearly every tree has been planted by one of the 14,000 volunteers that have been active with the organization since its start.
