Be a Neighbourhood Tree Captain

Tree Wraping with SherwoodNeighbourhood Tree CaptainBe the inspiration for your neighbourhood. Join Volunteer Neighbourhood Tree Captains right across the city helping to add trees to our neighbourhoods. Residential neighbourhoods make up 40% of the “plantable” space in London – boulevards to backyards offer great potential.

With ReForest London and the Million Tree Challange's support our Captains help figure out suitable tree options for the yards of their neighbourhoods and initiate neighbourhood tree sales and planting events to make neighbourhood greener now and for future generations.

We welcome all ages and all areas to the program. Visit the Neighbourhood Tree Capatain Map of the already trained London Neighbourhood Tree Captains and see where you can fit in. If there is someone in your neighbourhood already - form a team - we already have a few teams out there doing great work.
